Title: Etching Process

METHODOLOGY (6)

CONTENT:

Etching is the process of using strong acid to cut into the unprotected parts of a metal surface to create a design in the metal. The acid is FERRIC III CLORIDA ACID. This process is the part to make the connection in the circuit so that the current will flow in the circuit after all component has been installed.
In this process we have to make sure that the acid covering the whole of the PCB board to ensure all the connection be connected very well.

OBJECTIVE:
1.) To learn how to do the etching process.
2.) To ensure all of the connections is correct and not disconnected or broken.
3.) To make sure the current will flow in the circuit once the components has been installed.

CONCLUSION:
I have successfully do the etching process and all the connections in the circuit is correct, so that the current will flow.
