CONTENT:
- In implementing the Bus Speeding Warning System or called ‘Buss Warp”, block diagram of the project needs to be design first. The block diagram shows that the overall system of Buss Warp whereby the system will operate when the rotational disk at the crank shaft rotate and it due to odocable will rotate simultaneously.
- In this application, the real metal disk has been change to prospect sheet disk but it look exec like to the real one. This prospect sheet disk mounted with Odocable, where it rotational was powered by 12VDC motor. There is also an infrared LED and phototransistor placed, to give an input pulse to the Transducer circuit. The circuit will act as a comparator, where it will give an input to the Digital Speedometer circuit. Then Digital Speedometer circuit displayed the speed with proportional to the frequency via 7-Segment display, where it uses to view current speed to passengers.
- From the rotational of this prospect sheet disk, it also will make the odocable rotate as mention before, and then simultaneously the speedometer needle increase with proportional to the speed. Then data from speedometer will send to 8051 microcontroller unit. This microcontroller use IC from ATMEL AT 89S8252 where it has two external interrupt. Both external interrupt are INT 0 and INT 1 and located at pin 12 and 13 respectively. The AT 89S8252 is pre-loaded with BASCOM program where it have been set for INT 0 with speed limit in between 90KM/hours to 110KM/hours. Meanwhile for INT 1 the speed limit is in between 115KM/hours to 120KM/hours.
- Furthermore, these two different interrupts will give input to four different outputs from 8051 microcontroller. For example, if bus is drove in speed 90 to 110KM/hours the yellow LED will light up. At the same time speed appear at the 7-Segment Display.
- This will inform passengers that it is in warning condition. Then if speed exceeds then 110KM/hours, which is 115KM/hours to 120KM/hours, the Red LED will blinking, buzzer will trigger and the 7-Segment Display will show that particular speed simultaneously. At this stage the 8051 will send data through MAX 232 as a data converter through RS 232 cable to GSM transmission (Tx) module. This data is send to the data base for example Lembaga Lebuh Raya Malaysia (LLM), via SMS about the speed exceed of that particular bus. The detail of bus such as bus registration number, color, and type bus represent which company will display at the data base monitor.

2.) To make it clear and easy to understand (one by one)
3.) To show that my project have sequences from the situation till solution
